We believe that every North Texas home tells a story—from the shifts in our expansive clay soils to the performance of local HVAC systems—and our job is to ensure you understand that story completely before making a commitment.

Who We Are

Nor-Tex Inspection Services LLC was founded in 2019 by Irving native Brandon Donley, with a commitment to serving our community with integrity and professionalism. Having grown up in the heart of the metroplex and now residing in Lewisville, I’ve spent my life watching DFW grow. This gives me a unique, "boots-on-the-ground" perspective on how North Texas homes age—from the established foundations of my childhood neighborhoods to the newer developments in Flower Mound , Little Elm, Frisco and Denton.

With years of experience in the home inspection industry, we have the knowledge and expertise to identify potential issues, from structural concerns to hidden safety hazards. Our certified inspectors stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards and inspection techniques, using advanced tools and technology—like thermal imaging and custom RC crawlers—to provide detailed, easy-to-understand reports.
